- Shown is what seems to be a reissue, as it has the small Minigroove logo on the labels. I have not seen this album with the large Minigroove logo, but the version of volume 1 that I have, actually has the large logo on the labels. I guess both volumes were released concurrently. The tax code on both is E/T (shown near the center hole of the a- sides), which means they were released around the same time (1959, or possibly 1960). In the UK, the small Minigroove logo replaced the large logo during this period of time.
- Both volumes of this album were first issued as a two album set in the USA, on Columbia C2L 9 (in 1958). In 1959, Columbia also released these albums separately.
