- This LP was probably first released in 1954. It was f.i. advertised in the “Java-bode” (Aug. 14, 1954), see the ad here. Though the ad shows earlier albums as well, Delpher does not show earlier ads or articles for this album. Still, 1953 may also be correct.
- Shown is an original release (with front cover flaps folded around the top and bottom edges to be glued in place on the back cover) and a 1956 (or later) reissue. The reissue features a tip-on cover with laminated front and shows the text “All Philips records are high fidelity records!” at the bottom of the back cover. It also has a black band at the bottom of the front cover, which was not used on the first version.
- The US version appeared on Epic LC 3033, probably in 1954.
