• The version shown has a German cover and Dutch labels. It’s probably not a mix-up as there are many examples of these seemingly incompatible combinations.
  
  
• The cover is gatefold with two built-in envelopes to hold the records. The scans show front and back cover and the labels only.
  
  
• Sides 1 and 4 are coupled (as #00410), like sides 3 and 4 (as #00411).
