- LP 00162 was first released in 1953 (see this review from the Algemeen Handelsblad, May 16, 1953.) Shown is an original version and two reissues from 1954-55 probably (Dutch and German pressings respectively.) The reissues do not have a thin cardboard cover with folded flaps; they feature a more sophisticated one (tip-on) with laminated front cover.
- “Concerto No. 2”, side A and B1, has also been released on Philips G 05300 R (a 10 inch album.)
