- This album, from 1956, was housed in a box together with a small book (called “Jazz”, written by Hans van Assendorp).
- The earliest review I could find, is from Oct. 27, 1956, from “Nieuwe Haarlemsche Courant, you can see it here.
- The scans show the front cover of the box, the labels and the front of the book. The back cover of the box is black, the inside of the box shows the recording details for all performances.
- The cover was designed by Cornelius van Velsen.
