Notes:

This album was first released on Columbia CL 951 in 1957 (with a completely different cover). The album shown is an Italian pressing, probably from 1957-58. The recordings were made in September, October and December 1956.
Though a later pressing, the Italian cover is constructed like earlier (Dutch) issues, with front cover flaps folded around the edges and glued in place on the back cover.
