Notes:

  • This Doris Day LP was first issued on Columbia CL 1053 (1957). The Philips release probably came in 1958.

  • The cover art is unique for Philips; in Leo Boudewijn’s “Hoezenboek” (record covers book), he tells about his design which was made overnight, due to lack of time. Doris Day came for a short European tour and her new record had to be ready and available within three weeks time. The front cover only shows the title and a white window on an otherwise black background. It wasn’t received well and coincidence or not, no review for this album can be found on the Delpher website. It got more appreciation in later years and became one of the more collectable Doris Day items.
