Notes:

This is an Italian LP pressing housed in a French gatefold cover. One may assume a mix-up, but I have two identical copies, so that makes a mix-up unlikely.
The Minigroove connection is pretty minimal: the built-in record envelope shows the Minigroove logo (embossed). This is actually a post-Minigroove pressing and I guess there was an over stock of older record envelopes used for this pressing.
