Notes:
- Shown is a reissue from 1956 or later, with a tip-on construction and laminated front cover. First pressings (most likely from 1953) had a thin cardboard sleeve with front cover flaps folded around the top and bottom edges to be glued in place on the back cover.
- Part 2 of this series has been advertised in f.i. “De Radiogids”, Sept. 13, 1953. I assume part 1 was issued earlier that same year.
- The original US version appeared on Columbia GL 503 in 1951.
