I only have the vinyl for this one, the cover is missing. On investigating on Discogs which cover exactly is missing, I found two possibilities, shown below. The matrix info is given below the images. For the one above, it’s as follows:
A-side: LKL-12-127-D4
B-side: LKL-12-128-D4
Note that the labels for all three albums are exactly the same.
