This is the UK pressing of Philips A 00734 R. The label shows tax code R/T, which indicates a 1955-1957 release (according to the londonjazzcollector website). A 00734 R was first released in 1955, the UK version is probably from 1955 as well, or from early 1956.
The cover art is slightly different from the Dutch version (lettering).
