• This release is shown in the August 1953 Philips/Decca catalogue (‘Hoofdcatalogus no. 19’) and it was originally released on US Columbia CL 6024 in 1949; also released as a four disc 78rpm album (Columbia C-164) and a four disc 45rpm set (Columbia B-164). The latter may be from the early 1950’s.
